Order Online: using our secure server (fastest option). To place an order online, click on any product image. Choose the quantity you want and follow on-screen instructions to finalize your order. For each item purchased there is an Add To Cart button which adds the item to your shopping basket. Placing an item in your shopping cart does NOT commit you to purchasing it. Once you've placed an item in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately OR continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. Rouge2Jewelry Please make cashier's checks and money orders payable to Rouge2Jewelry. Overseas orders must use a credit card. We at Rouge2Jewelry endeavor to ensure all our customers are satisfied and will consider customizing your order to your liking. For example, if you would like to make changes to an existing design by lengthening or shortening a necklace, switching one handcrafted charm for another, or substituting sterling silver clip-ons for ear wires please contact us via email, phone or fax. Additional design charges will apply based on materials needed and labor.
All orders will be shipped Insured UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five (5) working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We will however assist you in any way possible to help you process your claim. Holiday Shipping Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season. P.O. Boxes Because we generally ship via UPS ground, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address. Overseas Orders Orders shipped outside the continental United may entail additional shipping charges please contact us before placing your order. Alaska, Hawaii and Army Post Office (APO) Addresses Alaska, Hawaii, and APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order. Shipping Disclaimer Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before your order is processed for final approval. Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of California. California law requires that we charge a sales tax in the amount of 8.25% on CA orders. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and/or call tag UPS charges for any returned merchandise. Rouge2Jewelry does not offer refunds but will apply credit toward other merchandise on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders including lengthening pieces or requested design changes. In the unlikely event that a piece needs to be repaired, there will be a $10 repair charge per piece plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within 60 days. For merchandise over 60 days, there will be a $20 per piece repair charge plus shipping. Rouge2Jewelry is always evolving so some stones or beads may not be available for repair.
