Viewing and filling out Rouge2Jewelry Gift Certificates
requires that you have the

installed on your computer.
No
Sales Tax - We do not
charge sales tax when you buy an on-line Gift Certificate
because the tax is charged when the gift certificate is
used.
Downloading - After
purchasing a Rouge2Jewelry Gift Certificate, a "Download"
button will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page. You
simply need to click the button to begin downloading the
gift certificate in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
How To
Complete - After
downloading this gift certificate you should immediately
open it and type in (a) the name of the recipient, (b)
your name as the presenter and, most importantly, (c) the
Order Number associated with your on-line gift certificate
purchase and then print out and/or save the completed gift
certificate to your desk top. If your Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
viewer does not support typing directly into the form boxes,
print out the gift certificate and manually enter the
requested information.
Key
Items - Though your credit
card was charged at the time of purchase, this Gift
Certificate is not negotiable by Rouge2Jewelry until after
you’ve entered (a) the name of the recipient, (b) your name
as the presenter and, most importantly, (c) the Order Number
associated with your on-line gift certificate purchase.
How To
Send - You may deliver the
Gift Certificate to the recipient by: (a) printing out and
mailing the completed gift certificate to them OR (b)
emailing the completed and saved Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file
from your desktop to the recipient as an email attachment.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Redemption Options - At
this time, gift certificates may be ordered on-line but may
only be redeemed by mail order, the phone or fax ordering
process. Please refer to the
How To
Order Section of the
Customer
Service page for specific details regarding
each of these order procedures.
Products - Gift Certificate
can be applied to the purchase of any product at
Rouge2Jewelry. However, they cannot be redeemed for cash or
other gift certificates and are non-transferable.
Purchase Policy - The gift
certificate amount is taken off the total amount of your
order including tax and shipping. If your order amount
is less than your gift certificate amount, we will record
the remaining balance on your gift certificate, which remain
available on your account for future purchases. If
your order amount exceeds the amount of your gift
certificate the remaining balance must be paid by credit
card, cashier’s check or money order.
Shipping - Gift
certificates cannot be used to ship product outside of the
United States.
Expiration - Rouge2Jewelry
gift certificates do not expire.
Lost
Certificates - Please keep
your gift certificate in a safe place and do not divulge
your Certificate/Order No. to anyone. Rouge2Jewelry is not
responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or
Certificate/Order Numbers.
